Through live coaching and gentle mind-body practices, you’ll receive simple, seasonal nutrition support to restore your energy, stabilize mood, and support your body’s natural rhythms.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

Session 1: Fuel to Feel Good — Nutrition for Energy, Mood & Metabolism

In this session, we’ll explore what it truly means to nourish your body—through real, supportive food and hydration that fuels energy, balance, and long-term health. You’ll learn the importance of macronutrients and micronutrients, how to build balanced meals with protein, fiber-rich carbs, and healthy fats, and why stabilizing your blood sugar is essential for hormone and mood regulation. We’ll discuss the power of the “crowding out” mindset—adding in more of what supports you, rather than focusing on restriction. You’ll also gain insight into bioindividuality (because one size never fits all), why strength matters more than chasing a certain size, and simple rhythms around eating and fasting that align with your body’s natural needs.


Session 2: Gut Health + Digestion — The Root of It All

In this session, we’ll dive into how digestion actually works—starting from the top (your brain) all the way down—emphasizing the importance of being in a relaxed, parasympathetic state to properly digest and absorb nutrients. You’ll learn practical tools like deep breathing, mindful eating, and thorough chewing to support this process. We’ll also explore simple digestive supports like ginger, bitters, apple cider vinegar, magnesium, and probiotics. From there, we’ll take a closer look at your gut and why it plays such a vital role in overall health—especially for women. You’ll get a quick overview of the microbiome, and how gut health impacts hormones (like estrogen), immune function (especially autoimmune conditions), detoxification, and even your mood and mental well-being.


Session 3: Build Your Resilient Routine — Sleep, Stress & Movement for Well-Being

Learn how to create a realistic, flexible routine that supports your health—even when life is messy. From sleep and movement to stress management and meal timing, we’ll cover it all. You’ll walk away with tools to support your nervous system, metabolism, and mental clarity through intentional daily rhythms.


Session 4: Resilient Health — How to Stay on Track When Life Gets Messy

Life happens. Whether it’s travel, holidays, hormones, toxins, or just a tough week, this session teaches you how to pivot with more ease, bounce back faster, and keep yourself grounded through life’s disruptions. You’ll learn how small daily habits create a safety net for your health—and how to get back on track without starting over.


Session 5: Everyday Detox - Simple Shifts to Support Your Body Naturally

In this session, you’ll learn how your body detoxifies naturally—and how to support those pathways in a simple, sustainable way. We’ll explore gentle, low-tox lifestyle shifts, everyday detox practices, and healthy swaps for a healthier life. You’ll also learn why popular trends like juicing aren’t true detox solutions and how they can disrupt blood sugar balance.



Session 6: Mind-Body Connection & Nervous System Health

Discover how your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs impact your health. You’ll learn simple techniques for regulating your nervous system and creating a more resilient mindset to support long-term well-being.


Session 7: Integrating It All — Creating Your Personalized Health Blueprint
